Hallo, I'm Diana, I'm 28 and I live in Verona, Italy.
So sorry I cannot write French!

I bought my TW125 (type 1) three days ago and I'm just getting to know her. I live in the city center and it's cars everywhere... so it's not exactly a pleasure to ride about. But I'm planning trips out to the mountains, where I'll hopefully enjoy my little bike more.
So few TWs here in Italy! Seems like everybody only wants 100 hp sport bikes to show off :-( ...but in the end they all turn their head :-? to look at my TW, though!

Take care!

Thank you guys!

I know several girls that own a TW here in Italy... it is quite popular among women, maybe because it's so light!.
Actually I started on a much different bike, a Kawasaki ER-5... but instead of having fun I was getting anxious with it! I needed a smaller bike to get around easily, so the TW is just perfect by now.
I wonder... do you think the TW is just a "first bike" - I mean, do all TWists get a bigger bike sooner or later? I think I will keep my TW also when I'll ride her bigger sister...

Lamps!

1) TW is the first, second, third and ever bike.

2) That'll be a GOOOOOOOOOD decision. Definitly.

Hi diana ,

We are please to give a warm welcome to u and to see that there's no frontiers for tw' mania , don't forget one thing our tw's are engaging , even if it's first bike it's not only a first one , tws  look cute and so different of all 125cc ,they are funny practical easy to handle, economic and that's pretty solid.I don't think tiwists can separate of their tw's easily(we love them),i'll keep my TW even if i  pass my driving license for large engine.
If one day you decide to come on cote d'azur NICE and his area don't forget to leave us a message , and probably meet each other .

                                     SEE U

Hello Diana,

I am very happy too, to welcome you into this site, even though I am but a newcomer myself.

To answer your question, I agree with the previous comments made: the TW is so "likeable" that it deserves being kept besides a bigger bike. But that is the whole point of motorbikes, don't you think, that each has a different character. As a consequence, it is logical to have a bike for each, different range of uses.

Welcome again.
