Import TW225 from Japan

I have here the current calculation.
Basicprice (Yamaha list price):
358.050YEN the 225 std. Edition
399.000YEN the 225 20th Edition

Final price incl. transport to Germany:
3990EUR the 225 std. Edition (without german VAT)
4696EUR the 225 std. Edition (with german VAT)
4360EUR the 225 20th Edition (without german VAT)
5130EUR the 225 20th Edition (with german VAT)

Maybe I can get a better price from a japanese dealer.

I can agree for this price, but I dont know if i must pay vat. Whan I buy used bike in EU i don't must pay vat in Polen. You must explaine me how I will buy this bike from you. It will be new or used bike? I by it from private person? In Polen VAT is 22 %.
 I will have TW so quickly as it is posssible.

I have a customer in Finnland. He has a similar problem.

If he buyes a new bike as private person from Germany, he has to pay the price incl. german VAT and he has to pay 8% tax and 22% VAT in Finnland.

But we found 2 other options.
First option:
I can sell the new bike without german VAT to a person with european VAT number and this person has to pay his (Finnland, Poland) VAT and tax (customs dues -> Zollgebühren).
Second option:
He buyes the bike as used bike with german VAT and he has to pay only the tax (customs dues -> Zollgebühren).

I want to send the order for the bikes on 01.04.2008.
I need all orders to 16.03.2008 and the money to 25.03.2008.
I think I will have the bikes on May 2008 and I think need 4 weeks for the homologation.

I will send the order, when I have orders for min. 4 bikes.

I can buy it as firm, but I have bought one BMW650 for my firm and I will better buy as private person. Then TW must be used in Germany for 6months, then I can by it as used and dont pay tax 22%.
We can also write another price on the paper. Tax is in %. 2200 x22% =484 Is it possible?

This is possible, but we have to make a addional cantract.

"I am the owner from this bike for 6 months, but you have to pay for evrything (insurance, taxes, tickets, price for license plate)."

Ok. This is natural. I pay all, i take TW and nach 6 months we make a paper.
Must we now give your all money or we can give you a about 20 -30 % =1000-1500EU and rest when we take the TW's?

I am sorry, but I have to cancel the TW225 Import Project for a unknown time, because the financial risk is too high for me.

Maybe I can restart the project later, but at this time is 20.000 to 30.000 EUR for some unsaleable bikes too much.

L Idée me plait mais je serais intéresser par un honda ftr
Ca fait depuis un an que je cherche à savoir comment me procurer cette moto. Et hier j'ai vus devant chez moi un ftr j'ai halluciner  :-o  et le proprio est arrivé au même moment, je lui ai parlé, c'est un anglais, il l'a acheté en Angleterre 8000 euro je crois c'est un peu élevé comme prix  mais peu être que en l'important en groupe ça pourrait revenir moins cher.
Si vous voulez la voir elle est stationné en journée devant le 34, rue tronchet à paris c'est un rêve :-o

Ok, I think I buy Yamaha WR250F now and than can wait for tw225 even 1 year.
